Fragile items or Special Care Items
We do not advise shipping of Fragile or Special Care items. However, if you need to, please ensure proper packaging by your Sender. We do not take responsibility for any damages that may occur during the entire handling, shipping and delivery from the vPOSTUSA address to your Malaysia address.

Reduction in volumetric weight
For items under the 'Others' Category, you can advise Merchants/Sellers (in the case of buying through auction websites) to pack the items as compact as possible under "Special Instructions". This way, you can prevent yourself from being over-charged on the volumetric weight.

Return and refunds policies.
Check return and refund policies like when or how should you report for refunds and on what basis you can ask for a refund. Some Merchants do not refund after certain number of days or certain packages removed. Do read the US Merchants' Terms and Conditions carefully.

Track your purchases.
It is a good practice to buy from sites that offer delivery guarantees and tell you whether your item is in stock. Some sites will not send you confirmation email on the items you order. So print out web pages, receipts or any correspondence to protect yourself.
